Acoustic Version of Song Featuring a Special Guest! Plus New IG Account!

Well folks, it’s been a minute! We know things have been on hold for quite some time as we truly miss playing live in front of you all. Our world is slowly adjusting to get back into swing of things, but fear not…we actually have some updates we wanted to give you, so here it goes:

-We have an acoustic version of one of our songs set for release VERY soon! But here’s a twist…we have a VERY SPECIAL GUEST to perform on our track! Who is it? Well, we can’t reveal everything yet, so you will have to wait and stay tuned! But we will launch the song sooner than you think!

-Unfortunately our previous Instagram account (cryofsilencemusic) was hacked and there was nothing we could do to retrieve it; therefore, we’re starting fresh by having a brand new account. You can follow us on @cryofsilenceofficial

-We are launching an INSTRUMENTAL piece! We decided to keep going with what we did back at our “Community” EP, so we want this to be a tradition of composing instrumental tunes. Not too often do you see rock bands do this kinda thing, but we feel it’d be a fun outside-the-box thing to accomplish!

We hope you all continue to stay safe! Remember…music unites us all through the good and tough times!

Hi everyone, Eddie from Cry of Silence here! 🙂

So despite our global current affair putting such events including live music on hold, we musicians are still doing our best to entertain you in every way possible. Some of you have followed my personal YouTube channel (@eddielammusic) and also Isaac’s Instagram (@ikfengmusik) as we’ve released content of us doing other musical adventures individually. However, at the same time behind the scenes, we’ve been recording a BRAND NEW SONG! The audio recording is done, but we’ll be releasing it once we finish dealing with other things before we the show the new song to the public! No doubt we are definitely excited about this!

In addition, we are so thankful that recently our favourite local community radio station CITR 101.9FM (from the University of British Columbia) played our track “A Busker’s Song”. as part of the Asian Heritage Month celebration. If you’ve missed the live broadcast, fear not…you can click on the link below to listen to the replay (thank you Julie, you are an awesome radio host)!

Please continue to stay in touch with us on our social media (including our individual accounts) and right here on our website. We miss you all, and we miss playing on the live stage…but in the meantime, remember to be kind to one another and keep enjoying a good dose of music to brighten your day!

0 Successful Hats, Wigs, and Helmets Party

Our first show of 2020 was a huge success! We hosted a Hats, Wigs, and Helmets as our theme for the show, and we were so happy to see a lot of people in the audience take part in our shindig. We want to give big props to Filipino sensations Kings United and local punks Wreckless Beach for playing kick-ass sets! Shouts go out to the New West Front for being a great venue, making New Westminster a fun part of town, and to fellow musicians Angie and Beth for working the door greeting all of our friends, fans, and families.
